No, we don’t have any membership fees.
Our programs typically last 3-6 months and can be paid in full before starting or financed over the length of your program.

Testosterone Replacement programs (TRT) range based on your dosage and program length, typically $249-$349 per month, all-in.
Affinity’s all-in pricing includes your medications, supplements, supplies, shipping & handling, follow-up lab work and follow-up consultation. We never charge a membership fee.
