Testosterone Replacement programs (TRT) range based on your dosage and program length, typically $249-$349 per month, all-in.
Affinity’s all-in pricing includes your medications, supplements, supplies, shipping & handling, follow-up lab work and follow-up consultation. We never charge a membership fee.
You’re partnered with a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator as your point of contact throughout the process.

Yes. In addition to in-person appointments at our Carmel clinic, Affinity Whole Health offers secure telehealth visits for eligible patients throughout Indiana. Many consultations and follow-up appointments can be completed virtually, making it easier to access expert hormone therapy, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), medical weight loss, peptide therapy, and wellness services from the comfort of your home. Your provider will determine whether telehealth is appropriate based on your treatment plan and applicable Indiana regulations.
